How does the Keto food pyramid compare to the Paleo pyramid?

As you are probably already aware of, the Keto diet and Paleo diets share quite a few similarities in their philosophy and fundamentals. Of course they have their differences but many of the different food recommendations and the general macro-nutrient breakdown are quite similar.

The main different being that the Keto diet is higher in healthy fats while the Paleo would be considered a bit higher in protein.  Also because the Keto diet restricts carbohydrates more than Paleo this means foods like certain seeds and nuts need to be limited as well. This includes nut milks with added sugar (as well as dairy milk).
